BCBA Student Supervision
AW Mentorship and Supervision provides supervision for BCBA students who are accruing unrestricted fieldwork hours. This service is designed for students who want structured guidance, meaningful feedback, and support developing the skills needed to become competent behavior analysts.
This service focuses on unrestricted activities such as assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, caregiver training preparation, graph review, behavior intervention planning, clinical writing, literature review, ethical decision-making, and case conceptualization.
Important Details:
- Supervision is for unrestricted fieldwork activities only
- Students must have access to appropriate client-related activities
- Students must meet eligibility and documentation requirements
- Students are responsible for tracking their fieldwork hours
- Supervision includes monthly contacts, observation/video review, feedback, and planning
- Services are designed to align with BACB fieldwork expectations
Starter Student Supervision
Best for students accruing 20–60 unrestricted fieldwork hours per month.
- Minimum of 4 supervision contacts per month
- At least 50% individual supervision time
- Monthly client observation or video review
- Unrestricted activity planning
- Documentation review & Monthly feedback
- Support with clinical writing, treatment planning, parent training prep, graph review, and decision-making
New BCBA Mentorship & Consulting Support
Newly certified BCBAs often need support as they transition from trainee to independent clinician. AW Mentorship and Supervision provides mentorship for new BCBAs who want guidance with clinical decision-making, documentation, parent training, ethics, supervision, and caseload management.
This service is designed to help new BCBAs build confidence, strengthen professional judgment, and navigate real-world clinical responsibilities.

ABA Company Partnership
AW Mentorship and Supervision partners with small ABA companies that need support supervising students who are accruing unrestricted fieldwork hours. This service is designed for companies that want to develop future BCBAs without overwhelming their internal clinical team.
Company partnership services may include structured student supervision, unrestricted activity planning, supervision meetings, documentation review, observation/video review, and monthly communication with the company.
Important Partnership Details:
- Designed for small ABA companies
- Supports students accruing unrestricted fieldwork hours
- Monthly support is capped at 30 hours per month
- Additional hours require a custom agreement
- Company must ensure access to appropriate client-related activities
- Company must support required consent, documentation, and observation needs
Partnership Packages
Best for 1–2 trainees. Includes up to 10 hours per month.
Best for 3–5 trainees. Includes up to 20 hours per month.
Best for up to 6 trainees. Includes up to 30 hours per month.
