Do you provide restricted or unrestricted supervision?
AW Mentorship and Supervision focuses on unrestricted fieldwork activities only.
Who is student supervision for?
Student supervision is for individuals pursuing BCBA certification who are accruing supervised fieldwork hours and need support with unrestricted activities.
What is included in the $425/month student supervision package?
The $425/month package includes support for students accruing 20–60 unrestricted fieldwork hours per month, 4 monthly supervision contacts, monthly observation or video review, unrestricted activity planning, documentation review, and feedback.
Can I accrue more than 60 hours per month?
Students accruing more than 60 hours per month may need a higher-level package or additional supervision hours.
Do you provide supervision for concentrated fieldwork?
The Starter Student Supervision package is designed for supervised fieldwork at a part-time pace. Concentrated fieldwork or higher monthly accrual may require a custom package.
Do you offer mentorship for newly certified BCBAs?
Yes. AW Mentorship and Supervision offers mentorship and consulting support for newly certified BCBAs who want help with clinical decision-making, documentation, parent training, ethics, supervision, and caseload management.
Do you work with ABA companies?
Yes. AW Mentorship and Supervision partners with small ABA companies that need student supervision support. Company partnerships are capped at 30 hours per month unless a custom agreement is created.
How do I schedule?
Scheduling, payments, packages, forms, and client portal access are handled securely through Practice Better.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. A consultation or application is required before starting services to make sure the service is appropriate.
Are services virtual?
Services may be provided virtually when appropriate and when documentation, consent, and observation requirements can be met.
